Winter high in the Bighorn Mountains of Wyoming. The round object at the top of the hill (you may have to click to see it on the larger version) is a weather radar dome.
This was an experiment in creating a very large panorama – the original image is 82 megapixels and was constructed from 51 exposures. It was very challenging to plan and shoot in bitter cold (about 10 degrees) with a brisk wind blowing!
