I did get caught in the rain, but that was when I discovered that a dog poop pickup bag can make a workable rain cover for the camera. 🙂 Reply
These last few days we’ve seen lots of precipitation fall on the Puget Sound. *snow* – when did you take this shot? Reply
Thanks Mike for reminding me to go back to this place. Now… if only I can remember how to get there. Wish you were here… Reply
Say Mike, Are you still in Seattle? You should see Stiks now, he is doing well–as is all herd! Nona Reply
Hi Nona – good to hear from you. I’m still in Montana, one of my “snowy day projects” is going through the huge backlog of photos that I have from last spring and summer, and giving some of them a blog post. Say hi to Stiks for me! Reply
Wow! I have a new favorite. The B&W makes this even more dramatic. Great job!
Great detail on the volumetric clouds.
Wonderful imagery! Such intensity. The b&w is perfect for this.
Wow. Very dramatic
Now that’s an impressive storm front – I hope you didn’t get wet!

That shot was taken around March or April 2011.
